Town of Shawangunk Police Reform and Reinvention
Committee is looking for public input and recommendations.
This is a special committee that was formed based on Governor Andrew Cuomo’s executive order to explore the rules, regulations and operating procedures of the Town of Shawangunk Police Department in efforts to create more transparency, eliminate any potential racial bias and improve the overall community relationship with the citizens the department serves.
The information will be used to shape the future of the department. Information can be relayed anonymously if preferred and will be kept confidential.
