Trick or Treating
We will be having Trick or Treating on Sat, Oct 31 from 6-8pm. Information will be released very soon about additional Halloween activities. Check back for that. Stay safe and healthy everyone!

Highway Department will pick up bagged leaves
Mondays: Nov 2, Nov 9, Nov 15, Nov 23, Nov 30, 7am to 3pm

Leaves must be in biodegradable bags and left on their side at curbside

Wallkill Volunteer Ambulance Corps, since 1966
Wallkill Volunteer Ambulance Corps is looking for a few local heroes. Could you be one? Volunteers are needed for Drivers, EMTs, Junior Corp, Social/Support Membership. Call (845) 895-2601.

Motor Vehicles
Ulster County Department of Motor Vehicles is open for limited transactions by appointment. Call (845) 340-3040 to schedule an appointment. NOTE: There is no planned date for the return of the Mobile DMV Bus to Shawangunk at this time.

Wild Animal Ownership
All persons owning, possessing or harboring a wild animal must file a report with the Town Clerk before April 1 of each year. For information call (845) 895-2611 or go to http://www.dhses.ny.gov//ofpc/laws/wildanimals.cfm

Hunting & Fishing Licenses are available at the Town Clerk’s Office: 14 Central Avenue, PO Box 247 Wallkill, New York 12589. For information call (845) 895-2611 or email: townclerk@shawangunk.org

Snow Parking Information
Parking is prohibited on Town streets and roads during or following a snowfall of two inches or more at any time of the day from November 1 to April 15. Violators will be towed and subject to fines.
